The calendar

The Week, Month, Agenda and Networks views and how to filter them: Sofia’s calendar is both your plan and the record of what went out.

The calendar is both the plan and the record: scheduled posts, drafts and posts that have gone out are all on the same grid.

The “Today” button brings the grid back to the current period.

Filtering the calendar

Six filters combine: campaigns, networks, tags, status, origin and visibility. They are shared with the list of posts (see Post actions): what you filter here stays filtered there.

To switch establishment, use “Switch establishment” in the menu: the calendar then shows only that establishment’s posts (see How Sofia works).

Reading a post card

  • The card’s status says where the post stands: Draft, To review, Scheduled, Sending, Published, Draft sent, Failed or Partial failure.
  • A post in Draft will never go out until it is finished.
  • A post in Failed can be recovered from its preview or by dragging it to a new slot, see Moving and rescheduling posts.
  • A recommended slot appears on a free cell when Sofia has measured enough posts (at least 8); it shows at most 2, and the tooltip gives the average reach.
  • “Published elsewhere” marks posts made directly on the network: they also appear in the calendar.

Creating a post from the calendar

The calendar’s create menu offers “Post”, “Campaign” and “Ask Sofia”. “Post” opens the composer; “Ask Sofia” opens the agent (see Composer and The agent).

Opening a post

Click a card to open its preview. It has three tabs: Summary, Preview (the post as it will appear on the network) and Figures. It offers “Edit”, “Approve as is”, “Publish now”, “Full report” and “View online”.

In the Figures tab, results are compared with your median once 5 posts have been measured.

Post actions

A card’s actions (edit, approve, retry, report, share link, delete) are detailed in Post actions and statistics.

The network sidebar

The sidebar shows the accounts to reconnect, and the establishment selector lets you switch from one establishment to another. Accounts and their statuses are managed in Manage a network.
