Finding your way around
What each section of the app is for, where to find the features that are not pages, and what you cannot see by default.
Sofia puts a lot behind a short menu, and several of the most used features are windows rather than pages. Here is the map.

- Establishment selector (“Switch establishment”), at the top of the menu: it lists your establishments with your role in each, and offers “New establishment”.
- Search: the ⌘K shortcut searches for a post, a campaign or a media file, anywhere in the app.
- User menu: the account, the appearance (Light, Dark or System), the settings, the subscription and billing, apps and integrations, the API, “What’s new”, the “Help center” and the mobile apps.
What is not a page
These are the features people most often look for without finding them, because they are windows or panels rather than menu entries.
| You are looking for | Where it is |
|---|---|
| Connect a network | “Social networks” menu, “Connect a network” |
| Reconnect or disconnect an account | “Social networks”, on the account’s card |
| An account’s usual slots | “Social networks”, on the account’s card, “Slots” |
| Create an establishment | The “Switch establishment” selector, “New establishment”, or the settings, Establishments section |
| The composer | “New post”, or “Create” then “Post” |
| A network’s settings for a post | In the composer, on the network’s card |
| Tags | Settings, Tags section; applied from the composer |
| A post’s statistics | Calendar, open the post, “Figures” tab, or “Full report” |
| Share a post for approval | On the post, “Share link” |
| Your API keys | Settings, API section (“Sofia API”) |
| The control mode | Settings, Sofia section |
| Add Sofia to your AI assistant | Settings, Connected apps section |
The settings sections
The settings are arranged in four families: Account, Establishment, Features and Community. The “Search settings” field takes you straight to each one.
| Family | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Account | My account (name, password, account deletion), establishments, security and preferences: theme and language |
| Establishment | Social networks, the control mode (Sofia section), the brand signature, members, the subscription and billing |
| Features | Tags, connected apps (including adding Sofia to your AI assistant) and the API |
| Community | Referral |
Times and time zones
Sofia displays and schedules times in the establishment’s time zone, set in its profile: Sofia infers it from your address (“Inferred, to confirm”) then you confirm it (“Confirmed”). It decides the actual time of your slots and posts.
If you choose another time zone in the composer, Sofia asks for the scope of the change: “This network” changes only that card, “The whole establishment” changes the establishment’s time zone for all your posts. Keep this in mind when you work for a client in another time zone.
