Establishments and team
Manage several establishments from one account, switch between them with the selector and invite each one’s team.

If you manage the networks of several businesses, or of several clients, one establishment per business keeps the app readable. Each establishment has its own brand, networks and posts.
Create an establishment
In the settings, Establishments section, click “Add”, or use “New establishment” in the menu selector.
The Starter plan includes one establishment. If your plan does not allow adding one, Sofia answers “Your plan doesn’t allow one more establishment.” when you create it. The subscription is shared between the establishments of your organization.
What it gives you
- Switch from one business to another. The selector lists your establishments with your role in each. The calendar, the media library and the results then show the chosen establishment.
- Keep businesses separate. Each establishment has its brand, networks, posts and campaigns, with no mixing.
- See what needs action. The selector shows the accounts to reconnect.
Only the owner can rename an establishment, from its settings. They can also delete it: they type the establishment’s name to confirm, scheduled posts are canceled, running campaigns stop and members lose access. “Cancel deletion” restores it for 30 days. Your last establishment cannot be deleted on its own: to erase everything, delete your account.
Invite an establishment’s team
You do not have to share your password to work together: everyone has their own account and role.
- Open the members. In the settings, Members section. Only the owner invites.
- Invite. Enter the person’s email address, choose their role and click “Invite”. The invitation is valid for 7 days; while it waits, you can “Resend” or “Cancel” it.
- The person accepts. They open the link received by email and create an account if they do not have one. The invitation is tied to their address: they must sign in with it.

Approval workflow
The team combines with the share-link approval page: prepare a business’s week, then send the share links for approval before anything goes out.
